These two board books were enormous fun to work on!

Both were Illustrated by Karen Wall, who had the very tricky job of fitting all kinds of animals into the same page template, so that the shaped ‘cut-outs’ and ‘flaps’ would work. Of course, she managed it fantastically well. The crocodile-hippo combination is my favourite!

I had the much easier task of adding some rhyming text for each animal…
